Allowed us to bring our dog even though the hotel has rules against this.
Many stairs and no lift, the bathrooms were tiny and badly situated in the room,

We had a great stay in this city! Best aspects were cleanliness, staff, breakfast and location in the central plaza. The hotel facilities were great and parking was nearby. We loved how everything was easily accessible and we particularly enjoyed the abundance of nice restaurants and shops in the area.

I really liked the location of the hotel in the city center, in proximity to the pedestrian area with many bars and restaurants. It is like a small cozy hotel.
Hotel rooms renovated urgently needed. It would be nice to expand the menu of breakfast buffet.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a good experience. The room was kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was good with a variety of items to choose from. The hotel is located in the heart of the city making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with any questions.
The noise level was high at night and early mornings due to the busy location of the hotel. The absence of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to stay comfortable in warm weather.

Staying in the heart of the city's buzzing central plaza provided a unique experience. We enjoyed our small but modern room that had all the expected amenities, as well as the newly renovated and sparkling bathroom. the helpful and accommodating staff made our stay wonderful. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options. We particularly liked relaxing on the sunny terrace with a coffee. the free parking on weekends was a bonus and allowed us to explore the vibrant city effortlessly.
The lively surroundings could be a bit noisy at night, which is not ideal for light sleepers.
